L’Oreal Paris le blush True Match Blush – 02 Rosy Cheeks Review

When it comes to lip products Loreal and revlon are my favourite brands and on a recent shopping spree I decided to try  Loreal blush. I actually had my eye on the Lucent Magique blush because it was just so cute and then I spotted this mini true match beauty . Both were so adorably packaged so I decided to buy them both :D

Here I am reviewing L’Oreal Paris True Match Blush shade number 02 called  Rosy Cheeks (Lucent Magique blush review coming soon)

Price and Quantity: 750 for 5g
Variant being Reviewed: 02 Rosy Cheeks
Other Variants: Pink Marshmallow, Pink Grape Fruit, True Rose, Rosy Cheeks and Rosewood.
One Word: CUTE

Packaging:

The Loreal true match blush comes in round double compartment case. The top compartment has the blush while the lower compartment has a round brush and mirror. The cap is transperent which makes it easy to identify the shade. The packaging is super cute and compact and the blush shuts with a click making it travel friendly.

Texture and pigmentation:

The texture of blush is smooth and there is a lot of fine shimmer in this shade. The pigmentation is very average for the price paid and I was disappointed because I expected better from Loreal. I require atleast 4 swipes for colour to actually show up on my cheeks. The colour is build able but I am going to use it more like a highlighter than a blush because I like my blushes to be highly pigmented.

Staying Power: This blush lasts for 4 hours after which you need to touch up.
Shade/ Colour: Soft pink with fine shimmers.

My experience:

I am a blush person, I can skip the mascara but never the blush and this Loreal true match blush in rosy cheeks is a nice everyday wear blush which lends a soft pink sheen to my cheeks. I require a lot of swipes for it to actually show on my cheeks and I feel this will be the first ever blush i will use completely. Though the pigmentation and staying power isnt very good I quiet like this blush as it blends easily and can be worn both in day and night. This shade should be ideal for beginners and the brush provided is also good for touch ups.

Final Verdict:

Loreal true match blush in Rosy cheeks is packaged beautifully and is an amazing soft pink blush. If you like your blushes to be light , like a natural flush this could be a great option for you. You can even use this like a highlighter so its an another plus but the price is a big factor . I suggest you go for Maybelline Cheeky glow if you are looking for a budget blush .
All beginners try this as you can never go wrong with it.
