L'Oreal Paris Star Collection Pure Reds Lipstick In 'Pure Brick' Review and Swatch

It's been nearly a year since I used my first L'Oreal Paris Star Collection Pure Red lipstick. looking back at my experience with them, I can easily say that these are no doubt my favorite range of lipsticks. Everything from their texture to their pigmentation, colour payoff and staying power is pretty cool.

I love the texture of this lipstick, it's super smooth and creamy which gradually turns into a matte one after applying it on lips. It feels super light and I often tend to forget I have worn it until someone compliments me for it. :)

My favourite shade from this range is 'Pure Fire' I LOVE it! It's a must have for every girl out there.

About The Shade 'Pure Brick':
Pure brick is your brownish red which you can sport on every occasion. It's perfect for office goers. It's one red from this range which actually looks like a red in the bullet and looks red when applied too. It has that deep brown tint to it which goes very well with all Indian skin tones. I love it.

Q&A:

Does this shade suit all Indian Skin Tones?: Thanks to it's brown tint, it's perfect for all Indian skin tones.
Does it hide lip pigmentation?: The texture gives an opaque finishing, concealing pigmentation completely.

Is it drying?: Not one bit. It's lasts long but doesn't dry up your lips.

Should you use lip balm under it?: Not necessarily. But I would recommend exfoliating and moisturizing your lips before any lipcolor application!

Does it transfer?:  It does transfer if you touch your lips as soon as you have applied it but not when it dries up.
Does it feel light on your lips?: Very light. I love how it feels like I have not applied anything at all.

How does it smell?: The scent of this lipstick is very light. Doesn't get to you at all.

Does it earn you compliments?: Oh well yess!! :)
