Miss Claire golden Eyeshadow 0240 Review & Swatch

Miss Claire golden eyeshadow review and swatch
I had heard bloggers and makeup lovers rave about the Miss Claire eye shadows so I had to order one. And that’s how I ended with this pretty shade- Rusty gold. So lets start with a little intro the brand-Miss Claire followed by the Review and Swatches of the eye shadow I bought!

About Miss Claire:

Miss Claire is famous for their lip creams which are dupes of NYX lip creams but you will be surprised they make the best eyeshadow’s at the prices you’ll go crazy about! Miss Claire products like illuminator , primer , lip creams , eyeshadows and lip pencils are quite a love among the Indian masses. There is just one downside about the rand, the products aren’t available everywhere. You need to either order them on instagram sellers who quote a higher price than the original price of the product or you need to get your friends pick it from cities who have beauty centers selling Miss Claire products. i am personally a huge fan of Miss Claire products and since I have zero friends from Pune and Mumbai I had to order them from an instagram seller.

Miss Claire cosmetics buy

One Word:

Fantastic!

Packaging:

it comes packed in a uber cute small twist and screw container which has a transparent lid . The transparent thing makes it easy for us to pick whatever shade we like . Its a pressed eyeshadow and convenient to carry anywhere. the best part is you can easily slip this into your purse or even your small clutch or wallet ! Yes !

Texture:

I am in love with texture of these eyeshadows. It actually beats many famous highly priced drugstore products. Even though it creases after 3 hours its the best for the price!

Pigmentation:

It is highly pigmented and shows well if used above a primer base. I noticed it looked beautiful even without the primer base.

Fragrance:

No fragrance detected.

Staying Power:

It stays for 5-6 hours and actually doesn’t fall out or smudge when water is splashed on it !

Shade/ Colour:

Its a beautiful golden bronze satin smooth shade with shimmer in it. Looks gorgeous with Indian wear and goes well with most of the traditional outfits.

My experience:

I think this is by far the best eyeshadow for such an affordable price. The moment I applied my eyes looked beautiful. I was complimented a lot and many of them wanted to know which eyeshadow I was wearing. Woohoo! It has satiny metallic finish to it and you can you the eyeshadow to either make a softer look or a bold sheen look. It blends like a dream. I have oily eye lids and hence I use a primer to keep the creases at bay. I was really bowled out by the quality and promised to buy myself a few more of these beauties!

Pros:

  1. Soft pigmented metallic satin finish which blend beautifully
  2. Very little product goes a long way ! A little amount gives good color play off!
  3. A gorgeous rusty golden shade for an eyeshadow
  4. Looks beautiful with ethnic wear
  5. Sleek and cute packaging
  6. No fall out
  7. Great pigmentation minus the primer
  8. Stays for 4-5 hours without a primer.
  9. Excellent quality
  10. Very cheap
  11. Very nice range of eyeshadows with loads of colors to choose from
  12. Highly affordable *wink*

Cons:

  1. Availability. yes its the only con these beauties have!

BlingSparkle Rating:

★★★★/5 (-1 for availability issue)
