L’Oreal Glam Shine Balmy Gloss–Peach Pleasure 912 Review & Swatch

Women love pink! Be it when they are lil girls they have cute pink frocks and pink dolls and when we grow up we have numerous pink lipsticks in numerous colors and shades ! Today I am reviewing a pink peachy balm crayon from LOreal.
LOreal is famous for their high pricing but I was surprised to find out these balmy crayons were priced at a reasonable rate. I bought them in two shades one darker (Pomegranate Punch) and one a peachy pink (Peach Pleasure) These lip crayons come in cute packaging and are retractable which ensure no product waste and easy application. Like other crayons this too glides smoothly but has shimmer particles. Read on to know more..

One Word: Disappointment
Packaging: The only good thing I found about these crayons were the packaging ! It has standard – colored twist up crayon packaging,comes with a silver cap and the tubes are colored according to the shade. Cute.
Texture: smooth creamy light weight texture which doesn’t show on the lips expect for the sticky shimmer particles!
Pigmentation: Needs to be swiped 4-5 times to be seen on pigmented lips!
Fragrance: Slightly fragranced
Staying Power: Lasts only for an hour without meals in between
Shade/ Colour: Nude kind of pink shade

My experience: . The color does nothing for me, looks horrible and the shimmer particles won’t come out even after the gloss fades ! will work for many skin tones and you can even blot it with your finger for a softer, stained look. I would definitely recommend this over the colors from this range!

Doesn't offer opaque color even after several swipes

Bottom Line: I wouldn’t take this even if they were distributed for free! Yes, that bad, this shade!

BS Tip : Skip buying this! Pool in a little more money and buy Revlon matte balm crayons instead!

Yay or Nay? Definitely a NAYYY! Never going to buy one of these again! Money wasted.
In a Nutshell: I was very excited to try one of these for Loreal to have come up with lip crayons, but hey they seem to be a disappointment! Good pricing or not I will give them a miss for sure! I read a lot of reviews before going ahead with buying this and yes all the reviews mislead saying it was a good option to buy this!
