Chubby Sticks are a craze! I personally LOVE them! I even own lip crayons from lesser known brands like 'Sivanna Neon Lip Crayon' :D After owning a whole lot of chubby sticks from Revlon, Lotus Herbals and Loreal, I was blown away by a single beautiful chubby stick shade from Lakme Absolute Lip pout Matte range. We have these lip pouts in 4 beautiful shades ( Tangerine Touch, Raving Red, Victorian Rose & Starlet Red) I was not so in love with the other three shades but tell you what ' Victorian Rose' is a shade I fell head over heels in love with! It is so so so gorgeous ladies ! A must buy as it touches new heights in almost all categories! Read on to know why this chubby stick from Lakme is a must own.

Packaging Of Lakme Absolute Victorian Rose Lip Tint Matte Crayon:

Lakme Absolute Lip Pout in Victorian Rose Comes in a matte opaque chubby pencil form with twist up mechanism , which is great for it erases the use of a sharpener and thus saves from wastage of the product!The pointed tip gives a neat application. The pencil is color coded with a silver cap. And the silver cap might come off easily for its lose and does not sit tight on the chubby stick (BIG CON)

Texture:

It is not creamy neither powdery and does glide evenly on the lips but a little (very lil) tug is required while applying it. It being a matte lip crayon it surprises by how comfortably it sits on my lips, overall very impressive!

Pigmentation:

This is super super pigmented but not too deep. Two swipes and you are ready to rock that bold matte look!

Fragrance:

A slight floral fragrance which wavers off after a while.

Staying Power:

Stays for about a good 7-8 hours on my lips after the color starts to fade from the centre of my lips. I had to re apply it after meals.

Shade/ Colour:

A beautiful bold reddish pink with warm coral hints. Glides on the lips to give a beautiful rosy pink red vibrant look! This is one a shade I din't have even a close dupe of.

My experience with Lakme Absolute Victorian Rose Lip Tint Matte Crayon:

My very first Lakme lip pout was a gift and was in the shade ' Raving Red' . As I am a die hard fan of matte lip colors I was very excited to try more shades from Lakme's Lip pout range. After which I picked up Victorian Rose and tangerine Touch in a sale on Flipkart and boy both the color where mind blowing. But I had to give it to 'Victorian Rose' as transformed my face totally I loved 'Victorian Rose' for it gave my lips a rosy flush and it was super matte! Though the cons like drying lips and having to put a little effort while applying it i was totally sold to this shade. It did not accentuate the fine lines of my lips and I did not need a lip balm underneath. 
I would not wear this shade on a daily basis but every now and then I would wear this when I want something very beautiful and unique. It is a little drying after 3 hours of application and my lips start to chap a little after a period of 7-8 hours. Hence I highly recommend you scrub your lips before applying this matte crayon.
I also found that the silver cap did not fit the crayon well and would slip off :( and hence I am very hesitant to carry it in my purse. Or place it in a plastic bag and then keep it in my purse. The packaging is a let down for the silver cap is way to lose. All the four lip pouts have a lose cap and I hate it *cry*

Overall the lip pout crayon is a gorgeous coral -pink-red shade which will look flattering on both fair skinned beauties and dusky beauties! It can survive light meals and has amazing staying power . If you are looking for a go-to vibrant shade in the form of a lip crayon this your lip product ladies, Don't think- BUY IT!
