My experience with’the L'Oreal Super Liner Gelmatic Pen in Deep Brown:

This liner came in L'Oreal Paris Lumiere Cannes 2014 Collection box which I bought from Flipkart(Read review HERE). Honestly speaking, I never gave a second glance to this liner and the eye shadow which came along with the much famed Moist Matte lipstick in the shade 'Lincoln Rose'. The only reason I bought this box was because the shade 'Lincoln Rose' was out of stock everywhere and it was available only in this combo pack. Those were the good old days of shopping on Flipkart and there was a stunning offer on this Cannes box so I instantly bought it without caring to check the reviews of the Gelmatic liner or the eyeshadow. To my utter surprise, I loved this Super liner Gelmatic pen SO much and it instantly became one of my most loved products. However that grey eye shadow was a big disappointment( it's pathetic!).

The reason I loved this Gelmatic liner by L'Oreal so much was that it gave my eyes a very different and sexy look which I had never tried before.

The color 'deep brown' is a beautiful metallic brown shade - perfect for a smokey eye. You can use this liner with a black liquid liner or it will look equally good and more mystique when applied alone.

The packaging of this liner is good with the bottom matching the colour of the product which makes it easier to locate the product fast.

This liner comes with a sharpener - I didn't know this myself until very recently I dropped it by mistake and discovered this little brown cap at the bottom had a sharpening extension to it - Cool!

My only complain with the product is that it doesn't glide very smoothly on the eyes and it takes several types to get the product on your eyes.  If you sharpen the tip before every use then you can probably avoid this discomfort!

THE BEST part of this product is that it DOES NOT smudge, not one bit! It fades out without leaving any residue and does not cause any irritation to my hyper sensitive eyes!

Cons: 

• Does not glide easily, takes a little extra effort
• The liner dries up after a few uses. This is a BIG con!!

Overall, I just love the L’Oreal Super Liner Gelmatic Pen in Deep Brown but it dries up after a few uses after which it turns worthless.
